Holy Woolarama Batman!

Over Friday and Saturday this week, Daddy had to work at our local Field Days, the Wagin Woolarama.

I had toyed with the idea of taking the kids their on our way home from Perth, but ultimately home beckoned too strongly.

I almost didn't go on Saturday, but after getting some grocery shopping done with my suddenly angelic and delightful toddlers, I decided at lunchtime to jump in the car and just go.

After getting their and having lunch with Daddy, and being shown by him all the massive, expensive new tractors on display, the kids and I wandered around. After Mst. J spotted another little boy with his face painted like Spiderman, we spent 2 hours searching for the face painter (we had to stop for icecreams and to feed the baby animals on the way!!). We finally found her, just in time too, as the little girl after us was the last customer accepted. So after all this time spent talking about and wishing for a Spiderman face, Mst. J. witnessed the little boy in front of us get a Batman face..... and as you can see he changed his mind!!!

It ended up being a really great day, one of those that could have easily gone either way! I'm glad I took the plunge and just went, if I had of thought about it any more no doubt we wouldn't have gone :)
